This document sets out all the terms and conditions governing your use of the 1511 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing 1511, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms stated herein.
Updated: January 2026 | Applicable to Malaysia users
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 1511 platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. This acceptance takes effect as soon as you click the "Register" or "Log In" button, or take any other action indicating active use of the platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised to discontinue your use of the 1511 platform. We reserve the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this document periodically to stay informed of the latest changes.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the management of the 1511 platform. By continuing to use the platform after any changes to these terms, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to the updated version. If you have any concerns about these terms, please contact our support team before proceeding with registration.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full services of the 1511 platform, you must register and create a valid personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and an active email address. Providing false or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended or terminated without any compensation.
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 1511 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this platform, in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 1511 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account information secure. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation or has been compromised by a third party.
1511 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Documents such as a Malaysian identity card, passport, or other official documentation may be required to verify your identity. Failure to comply with verification requests within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or termination of your account.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the 1511 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws. You are prohibited from using this platform for any activity that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair its normal functioning — including cyberattacks, hacking, or any form of deliberate technical interference.
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent activity, including the use of automation software, bots, scripts, or specialised programs to exploit the 1511 platform's systems. Any attempt to modify, copy, distribute, or exploit platform content without explicit written authorisation from 1511 management is prohibited and may be prosecuted under Malaysian law.
You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party or allow others to use your account. Each account is strictly for the personal use of its registered owner. Use of an account by more than one individual constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
1511 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending access, closing accounts, or reporting to the relevant authorities. We are committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all users in Malaysia.
4. Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 1511 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using legitimate payment methods registered in their own name. The use of third-party bank accounts or unauthorised payment methods is strictly prohibited and may result in transaction cancellation and account suspension.
1511 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia. All deposits are subject to processing times that vary depending on the selected payment method. Any fees or additional charges imposed by your bank or payment service provider are your sole responsibility.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the account holder on the 1511 platform. Processing times are subject to our internal policies and may take several business days. 1511 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal request, for the purposes of fraud prevention and anti-money laundering compliance.
Any attempt to commit fraud in financial transactions — including unauthorised chargebacks or false claims — will be treated seriously and may result in immediate account termination and legal action where necessary. 1511 maintains records of all transactions and may provide these to the relevant authorities as required under applicable Malaysian law.
5. Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
1511 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, multiple account usage, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited subject to the outcome of our internal investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 1511 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and all eligible balances will be returned upon completion of the review. Any promotions or bonuses with outstanding wagering requirements will be automatically forfeited upon account closure.
1511 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or extraordinary losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability in all cases is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
All content on the 1511 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of 1511 and is protected under Malaysian copyright law. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit this content in any form without prior written consent. Any infringement of intellectual property rights will result in immediate legal action.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
The 1511 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience and do not constitute an endorsement or approval by 1511 of the content, policies, or practices of those websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites accessed through our platform.
1511 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time by publishing a revised version on the official website. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. You are advised to review the Terms & Conditions page periodically. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your full acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation within thirty days. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 1511 regarding the use of the platform and supersede all prior discussions or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
For any enquiries regarding these terms or 1511's platform policies, please refer to the FAQ us or contact our support team via official email. We are committed to ensuring a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for all users across Malaysia.
